- Do you provide the alcohol?
Texas law prohibits Richer or Pourer, LLC from purchasing the alcohol for your event. We can, however, assist you in calculating how much you should purchase for your event.
- What type of events do you service?
We do weddings, birthdays, bachelorette parties, baby showers, corporate events, you name it!
- Do you travel?
Yes, we love to travel. A fair traveling fee will be added to your customized package.
- Are your bartenders certified?
Yes, our bartenders are Texas Alcohol & Beverage Commission (TABC) certified. You can be confident that we will provide the most qualified and experienced bartenders for your event.
- How can I pay for the event?
We send an electronic invoice to you via email and you can pay online.
- Do you charge gratuity on the invoice?
Gratuity is not charged on the invoice unless directed. The host can choose to either tip the bartender directly or allow us to display a tip jar at the event in which the guests can tip the bartender. If the hosts prefers to prepay the tip, the standard gratuity is 25% of the total bill.
- Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required upon signing the agreement. This deposit reserves your date. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the event. The deposit is non-refundable.
Questions about the Piaggio Ape (Italian vehicle converted to a bar)
Can the Piaggio Ape bar be used indoors?
Yes, the Piaggio can be used indoors if your event space allows. We can fit through double doors that are at least 62 inches wide. We need a height clearance of at least 7 feet and length space of 9 feet. We will also need an electrical outlet and even flat surface to park on. (no gravel).
What beverages can the tap system in the Piaggio Ape bar serve?
The Piaggio ape bar can handle kegs of prosecco, beer, wine, soda and etc.
Is the Piaggio Ape bar available for photos only?
Yes, the Piaggio Ape is available for photos. It is perfect for bridal photos, engagement photos, sweet 15/16 photos, etc. Please contact us for pricing for photos only.
