Generally, our bartending services start at $50/hr with a 4 hour minimum, plus 1 hr of setup. 1 Bartender is recommended per 60-70 guests. Included in our general bartending service is a professional, friendly bartender that is TABC certified. Also professional bartending tools & supplies, bar towels, etc are included. We also provide a drink calculator to assist you in determining how much alcohol you should purchase for your event.
We also rent portable bars. Rental of portable bars start at $50/per event
We also have a custom Piaggio Mobile Bar (a custom made italian mini-truck, converted into a mobile bar with 4 taps on wheels can be used indoors or outdoors)….COMING SOON! Rental of this bar with service starts at $175/hr. We will need a level surface to park the Piaggio on (no gravel), a height clearance of 7 feet and length space of 8 feet.
Whether you need a bartender to serve just a few bottles of wine or if your event consists of a full bar for over 200 people, we are here to work with you and your budget!
If you would just like to choose one of our pre-made packages, we also have those available. The following packages include an aluminum bar, if needed. Also, all packages include 1 hour of setup.
Simple RP Package – $400
Experienced Bartender, 4 Hours of Service, Mixers, Garnishes (additional bartender added based on # of guests)
Pourer Package – $625
Experienced Bartender, 4 hours of Service, Disposable Cups and Napkins, Mixers, Garnishes, Ice (additional bartender added based on # of guests)
Richer Package – $700
2 Experienced Bartenders, 5 hours of Service, Disposable Cups and Napkins, Mixers, Garnishes, Ice, Signature Drink (additional bartender added based on # of guests)
Richer or Pourer Package – $900
2 Experienced Bartenders, 5 hours of Service, Glassware (Wine and Highball glasses) disposable napkins, Mixers, Garnishes, Ice, Signature Drink, bottled water (additional bartender added based on # of guests)
